Programme 05

Disaster Relief & Response

Bangladesh faces floods, cyclones and cold waves every year. When disaster strikes, we move quickly — and we stay for the recovery.

What we do

During floods, storms, natural disasters and other emergencies we distribute food, safe water, housing materials and essential relief, then support families to rebuild their homes and livelihoods. In winter we deliver warm clothing and blankets to the poor, the elderly and the homeless.
